Refund policy
We do not generally offer returns or exchanges unless a mistake was made in the delivery of your product, but in rare cases, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Refunds can be requested by emailing us at contact[at]diediebooks.com with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Returned products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. No refunds will be offered for products that have been purchased 30 days or more before the date of the refund request.
Upon receipt of your return request email, we will email you to let you know if your return has been approved and, if applicable, provide instructions and the delivery address for your return. In the event that a mistake has been made in your shipment, we will send a prepaid shipping label via email for you to use in your return (for U.S. customers) or instructions for shipping reimbursement (international customers). For exchanged products, the time it will take to receive your return will vary based on your location. U.S. returns will be tracked online; we can not guarantee that we will receive returned items for international returns. International customers, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items of $75 or more.
European Union
Customers in the EU, please note: European VAT laws changed in 2021 for goods coming from the United States. There will likely be a VAT tax that you have to pay when the package arrives in order to receive your package. Please factor this in when making your purchase.
